Insider Confirmed Forza Horizon 6 Release Date for PlayStation 5

Forza Horizon 6 from Playground Games has been acknowledged as one of the most successful games of the year, both critically and financially. And there’s no doubt its standing will only improve once the game becomes available on PlayStation 5—which, according to an insider update, could happen early next year.

According to a new billbil-kun report, Forza Horizon 6 will hit PlayStation 5 on January 26, 2027. The new report on Dealabs also includes additional info, specifically regarding the game's price and the availability of a physical edition.

Dealabs claims to have exclusively obtained the release date, along with confirmation of a physical disc release.

The report also lists a €69.99/ £59.99 price point.

Earlier this year, The Verge also reported Forza Horizon 6 would be available on PS5 in early 2027, refuting previous rumors of a release this year. The racing title remains one of the highest-rated games on Metacritic and is included in the site’s limited “Must-Play” list of the best games in 2026. As of June 2026, combined PC and Xbox Series X/S sales had reached 6.4 million copies, and that number has almost certainly grown since.

Forza Horizon 6 is now available on PC and Xbox Series X/S. The official release date for PlayStation 5 is currently unknown.
