Rockstar Games Teases More Updates Coming to GTA Online Before GTA 6

On July 14th, Rockstar Games released a new GTA Online update titled The Kortz Center Heist, the first major heist added to the game since 2020. Many fans thought this could be the final big update before GTA 6 arrives on November 19. That hasn't been confirmed so far, and the game itself hints there's more to come.

As X user GTAVI_Countdown spotted, once you finish The Kortz Center Heist, Mr. Faber—one of the key characters during the heist—calls your GTA Online character and teases that he'll reach out again soon to put his or her talents to use. There are no official confirmations so far, but fans think this could be Rockstar signaling that GTA Online has more big updates planned before GTA 6 releases.

After completing the heist, Mr Faber calls the player and says “Is there no limit to your talents? I suppose we shall find out.”

Players have also spotted a few possible GTA 6 teasers hidden in The Kortz Center Heist. One character, Rae, wears a necklace identical to the one Cal Hampton wears in GTA 6. There are also several paintings that might reference Jason and Lucia, and one looks like it could be an "abstract version" of the GTA 6 map. For now, though, all of this is not more than speculation.

Alongside the update, Rockstar also announced that GTA Online will be free to play until July 20 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with no PS Plus or Game Pass Essential required. Speaking of GTA 6, a recent leak may have revealed potential story details of the game —though this report should be considered with a grain of salt.
