Leon S. Kennedy, Ada Wong, Claire Redfield, and Alyssa Ashcroft: Resident Evil Requiem's Story DLC Characters Revealed

One of the few projects officially confirmed in the Resident Evil universe right now is a story DLC for this year's Resident Evil Requiem. Capcom hasn't shared any details about it so far, but a new rumor suggests it'll bring back several familiar characters.

X users spotted that Team Biohazard, during the recent communication on Facebook, revealed a few details about the upcoming story DLC. Players can expect two narrative DLCs centered on Leon S. Kennedy, Alyssa Ashcroft, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong. The insider’s group also claimed they haven't heard anything about Chris Redfield showing up in either DLC, despite his mention at the end of Resident Evil Requiem—something many fans read as a tease of his return. “It’s difficult to say what will be in Requiem’s future. I know the game will offer several DLCs, including narrative ones.

However, to my knowledge, there’s no mention of Chris Redfield. Many people are using the ending of RE9 as a starting point to spread misinformation.

We know that Resident Evil endings never offer anything new and are sometimes never revisited.

Interestingly, similar information about the Requiem’s DLC surfaced earlier from an insider who'd previously leaked the entire plot of the ninth installment, correctly. However, that earlier report mentioned Chris Redfield instead of his sister Claire, though—it's possible Capcom made the switch because of the upcoming Resident Evil Veronica, where Claire Redfield takes the lead role. with her brother playing an important but secondary part. There's also word that Resident Evil Veronica will tie into Requiem in several ways, and a Leon S. Kennedy cameo could be one of them.

Still, none of this is confirmed, so take you should take it with a grain of salt. As for story expansion for Resident Evil Requiem, it doesn’t’ have a release date yet, either.
