Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Announces Three Major Anime Collaborations

A PLUS JAPAN INC. has announced that its anime-style MMORPG Blue Protocol: Star Resonance will soon feature three major anime collaborations. Two of the crossover partners have already been confirmed — Shangri-La Frontier and Fairy Tail — while the third collaboration remains a mystery for now.

Multiple Anime Crossovers Coming Soon

The developers surprised fans by revealing three anime collaborations at once, an ambitious move for the game. The first crossover will feature the popular fantasy adventure anime Shangri-La Frontier, with the event scheduled to begin on March 19, meaning players will not have to wait long to experience it.

The second confirmed collaboration will bring characters and content from the well-known anime Fairy Tail. This crossover is planned for May, although specific details about its content have not yet been disclosed.

In addition to these two partnerships, the developers have teased a third collaboration with an undisclosed anime IP, which is also expected to launch in May.

New Game Mode Planned

While detailed information about the collaborations is still limited, the development team has confirmed that the crossover events will introduce a major new game mode to Blue Protocol: Star Resonance.
