Brawl Stars Season 48: Sands of Time Brawl Pass Introduces New Skins and Rewards
The Sands of Time season has officially arrived in Brawl Stars, bringing a range of new content to the game. Season 48 introduces a fresh Brawl Pass, featuring new skins, cosmetics, and gameplay additions such as the Keys and Vault system.
Players can unlock multiple rewards throughout the season, including the new skins Sandstalker Lily and Sultan Cordelius, along with their chroma variants and various in-game resources.
Sands of Time Brawl Pass Overview
Starting with this season, Brawl Stars includes two main Brawl Pass skin sets per season.

The first skin set focuses on Lily and includes:
- Sandstalker Lily
- Sandwalker Lily
- Night Sands Lily
The second set features Cordelius and includes:
- Sultan Cordelius
- Heated Sultan Cordelius
- Cooled Sultan Cordelius
Players can also earn the exclusive Sandstorm player title as part of the seasonal rewards.
One of the major additions this season is the Vault system, which uses four types of Keys. These keys allow players to unlock rewards such as Buffies, resources, brawlers, skins, or even previously released Brawl Pass cosmetics.
Another change affects the progression system: after reaching tier 50, players will now receive random rewards instead of Starr Drops as tail-end rewards.
Brawl Pass Reward Differences
The Standard Brawl Pass and Brawl Pass Plus offer different reward tiers.

Standard Brawl Pass Rewards
Players purchasing the standard pass can expect rewards such as:
- 9,500 Coins
- 2,500 Power Points
- 2,500 Credits
- 3,200 Bling
- 50 Gems
- Pin Set
- Player Title
- Player Icon
- Spray
- 1 Key (Skin, Brawler, or Resource)
Brawl Pass Plus Rewards
The Brawl Pass Plus provides additional bonuses, including:
- 12,500 Coins
- 4,000 Power Points
- 2,500 Credits
- 4,700 Bling
- 150 Gems
- Multiple Keys (two of each type)
- 1 Buffie Key
- Instant 20% progression boost
Brawl Pass skins can now only be obtained through the Vault system, making Keys an important part of the seasonal progression.
Should You Buy the Sands of Time Brawl Pass?

Purchasing the pass ultimately depends on personal preference. The free reward track has also received improvements, making it possible to progress without spending money.
However, players interested in the new skins may consider purchasing the pass. The standard Brawl Pass allows players to obtain one of the seasonal skin sets using a single Key. Meanwhile, the Brawl Pass Plus offers more Keys, making it easier to unlock multiple skins or even obtain older Brawl Pass cosmetics.
Pricing
- Standard Brawl Pass: $8.99
- Brawl Pass Plus: $12.99
For players mainly interested in one of the new skins, the standard pass may be sufficient. Those looking to collect both skin sets or access more Vault rewards may find the Brawl Pass Plus more appealing.
With new skins, an updated progression system, and the addition of the Vault mechanic, the Sands of Time season brings several notable changes to Brawl Stars’ seasonal content.
