New Epic Games Store Free Game Debunks Recent Leak

Hogwarts Legacy has become the first free game available in the Epic Games Store as part of the New Year’s Giveaway, which was confirmed during The Game Awards 2025 ceremony. According to the leak, the second free game in the Epic Games Store should have been Jurassic World Evolution 2, but tonight EGS revealed a new free game, and it’s not Jurassic World Evolution 2—it's Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, a roguelike horde-survivor game set in the dark realms of Norse mythology.
