A trusted Fortnite leaker has shared new details suggesting that pets could be introduced to the LEGO Fortnite Brick Life game mode in the near future — and potentially to Fortnite’s core battle royale mode as well. The leak comes just ahead of the highly anticipated "Super Showdown" live event, which is scheduled to take place on August 2 at 2:30 PM ET.

New Game Modes Incoming After Super Showdown

Following the Super Showdown event, Epic Games plans to launch two brand-new game modes, each offering a fresh take on competitive gameplay.

• Six Stack – A squad-based mode where players team up in groups of six before entering the battlefield.
• Pure Chaos – A high-intensity experience featuring boosted siphon rates and more skilled opponents.

In addition, Blitz Royale will return for a limited-time one-hour event featuring unlimited mythic weapons, promising one of the most chaotic gameplay sessions yet.

Pets Leak for LEGO Fortnite Brick Life

In a recent teaser on Twitter, Epic hinted that something new was coming to LEGO Fortnite Brick Life. Shortly after, prominent leaker Loolo_WRLD elaborated on the post, revealing that cats and ponies may be part of the upcoming update.

According to the leak, the feature will debut alongside a new mini-game allowing players to care for their pets by washing, feeding, and brushing them. This pet interaction system could introduce an entirely new dimension to Brick Life’s sandbox gameplay.

Loolo_WRLD also suggested this update could mark the debut of “companions”, a new cosmetic type in Fortnite. Companions are believed to function like pets, but with added utility or interactions — possibly coming to both LEGO and battle royale modes.
