Monster Hunter Wilds Reached 1 Million Players at the Launch

The incredible success of the new installment in the Monster Hunter series, which nearly reached 1 million players. This achievement set a new record for Capcom games.

According to SteamDB, the new project on Steam gathered 960,000 concurrent players. This is twice as much as the previous record held by Capcom Arcade Stadium, which peaked at 488,000 players in May 2021.

Monster Hunter Wilds Player Count reached 987,000 players just three hours after launch, and the numbers are holding steady. So, hitting the 1 million mark is just a matter of time, as the chances are higher than ever. It's also important to note that this count is only for Steam.

Monster Hunter Wilds has rapidly climbed into the top 10 games with the highest concurrent player count on Steam. In just three hours after release, it surpassed major hits like Elden Ring, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Hogwarts Legacy.
