Exciting Genshin Impact 4.7 Leak Reveals New Costumes and Upcoming Event Details!

A new Genshin Impact leak has unveiled intriguing images from one of the upcoming events in update 4.7. As the Fontaine arc nears its end, Travelers can anticipate a few filler updates in the coming months before the arrival of the new Natlan region.

Developer HoYoverse has confirmed that Version 4.7 will be released on June 5, featuring a wealth of new content, including three new roster additions. Each update in Genshin Impact undergoes a beta phase, typically revealing much of the forthcoming content, such as new characters, weapons, and events.

A recent post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has shared a series of captivating images from an upcoming event. Among other characters, the images depict Aether and Lumine dressed in cooking and medicine-themed costumes. Many fans were surprised by these leaks, as the Special Program event for Version 4.7 did not mention any events featuring these costumes. The leak also includes other playable characters such as Furina, Clorinde, Lyney, and Navia. Given that all these characters are from Fontaine, the event is likely connected to the Hydro nation.

HoYoverse has confirmed that the first banner phase for Version 4.7 will introduce Clorinde as a new playable five-star character. Since her debut in one of Fontaine's early story teasers, fans have eagerly awaited Clorinde, especially since she wields a gun—an uncommon weapon in Genshin Impact. She will be an Electro DPS character with a versatile playstyle, suitable for various team compositions.

Genshin Impact Confirms Furina's First Banner Re-run

The absence of Sigewinne in the leak suggests that the event will take place during the first banner cycle, as the new Hydro user is set to arrive in the second part of the update. The images show all the Fontaine characters in medieval costumes, including the renowned Hydro Archon Furina. HoYoverse has confirmed that Lady Furina will finally receive her first re-run in the second banner phase of Version 4.7.

Furina has been a central figure in the Fontaine storyline, and many players consider her essential for teams relying on Hydro damage. Some fans speculate that the leaked images could represent new skins for these characters, though it's unlikely, as HoYoverse usually introduces only two or three outfits at a time, typically around Genshin Impact's annual events.
