Comparisons have been made between the graphics of Diablo 4 on gaming consoles and computers
The YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits has presented a technical comparison of Diablo IV on consoles and PC, highlighting the main differences and features.
The console versions of the game have only one graphics mode. On Xbox Series X and PS5, the game runs at 2160p and 60 FPS, while on Xbox Series S, it runs at 1440p and 60 FPS.
On powerful PCs equipped with RTX 4060Ti/4070/4070Ti/4080 graphics cards, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and an i9 12900K processor, running the game at 2160p with maximum settings and DLSS 3 was possible. The FPS cap was disabled for this comparison.
As expected, the Xbox Series S version encountered the most issues, particularly with clipping affecting textures, shadows, and similar elements.
On Xbox Series X and PS5, the settings resemble a combination of "High" and "Ultra" settings on PC. The game maintains a stable 60 FPS, although minor frame drops may occur.
According to the author of the comparison, Diablo 4 has one of the best optimizations on consoles and PC, ensuring an enjoyable experience for players on any platform.
