NAVI Opens Applications for Junior CS2 Team

NAVI announced the start of applications from aspiring players who want to join their junior Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) team.

Recall that recently the Ukrainian esports organization sold its previous junior roster so that young players could continue their development in professional esports. The NAVI Junior project has been developing young talents for several years, helping them become professional players and has achieved good success.

A striking example of successful development specifically in CS2 is Drin ‘Makazze’ Shaqiri, who recently secured a spot in NAVI’s main roster and already debuted for the team at IEM Cologne 2025, where he showed a good level of play and helped NAVI finish in 4th place.

The previous NAVI Junior roster officially left the organization on August 1, 2025, after the Turkish team FUT Esports bought the squad for an undisclosed amount.

Regarding the selection program for the new roster, it is aimed at players aged 15 to 17 and gives them the opportunity to gain valuable experience in one of the most famous esports organizations. Players will receive full preparation together with coaches and other specialists who will help them become professional players.

Candidates must not only meet the age requirements but also have a minimum FACEIT ELO rating of 3400 and possess English language skills at a sufficient level.

NAVI in 2025

Throughout 2025, NAVI confirmed its status as one of the top esports organizations. Natus Vincere was represented in almost all esports disciplines, with particular success achieved in Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2.

Besides Counter-Strike, it develops junior teams in Dota 2, where the latest roster, after successful performances in the qualifiers for the Esports World Cup 2025 and The International 2025, was promoted to the main team.

NAVI also expanded its presence in CrossFire and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang disciplines, participating in EWC 2025.

Another achievement was the official entry in June into the League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC), where the organization is preparing to compete for the trophy at the world season final.
