NAVI announces signing of Ursula 'Xirreth' Klimchak as performance coach, strengthening coaching team for BLAST Premier 2023 preparation
The esports organization NAVI is expanding its coaching staff by announcing the signing of Ursula "Xirreth" Klimchak as the performance coach. This significant event was officially published on the organization's official website.
Ursula Klimchak will lead the work with the gaming teams in the CS 2 and Valorant disciplines. A crucial stage in her career will be the boot camp in Barcelona, where the teams will prepare for their participation in two major events: the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023 and the BLAST Premier World Final 2023.
I'm thrilled to join NAVI as a performance coach. Nearly 10 years of working with teams in both traditional sports and esports have taught me the importance of having everyone aligned towards a common goal. Experience has shown that exceptional results can only be achieved when all team members are moving in the same direction. Each player must develop the skill of trusting their teammates and, at times, being willing to put aside personal interests for the sake of collective success.
My goal at NAVI is to unite and enhance the effectiveness of the teams I'll be working with, so they consistently exceed not only their own expectations but also those of their fans. Additionally, I aim to inject some joy into their daily grind, which can often be quite challenging.
Sometimes athletes have all it takes to be the best but still face difficulties. My approach involves working with each player individually to support their professional growth and enhance their efficiency day by day.

Xirreth's previous career stage included working with the organization ENCE, where she worked from October 2022 to October 2023. A notable achievement was her team's victory at the IEM Dallas 2023 tournament. Alongside Xirreth, the team managed to secure the second place in the HLTV rankings in the fall of 2023. Throughout her career, Ursula has also collaborated with well-known organizations such as Fnatic, Counter Logic Gaming, and many others.
This move by NAVI is a significant development for the club and promises to strengthen and professionally develop its esports teams in the future.
