ENCE Academy enters into partnerships with Finnish educational institutions
Finnish esports organization ENCE has announced partnership agreements with local educational institutions. As a result, the ENCE Academy club team will maintain close ties with Kajaani University of Applied Sciences, Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and AhlmanEdun. The purpose of the deals is reportedly to bring together participants interested in esports and jointly promote the field by offering concrete opportunities for students to experience esports through their work.
One of the most important goals of ENCE Academy is to provide young people with the opportunity to develop their own Finnish esports experience. Collaboration with educational institutions was a natural way for us to expand the program of our academy and at the same time support students in the field. Through long-term cooperation, we ensure that our dynamic operating environment will continue to attract reliable professionals to perform various tasks.
Emeli Ikonen, ENCE Academy Program Manager
Cooperation with ENCE Academy is a very valuable window into the future of esports for us. We have a common goal - the further development of the entire Finnish esports industry, and we see great potential for this through long-term cooperation. The ENCE Academy program will serve the young generation of Finland well in terms of finding new players and progress in the esports field in general.
Jani Wattula, Representative of Kajaani University of Applied Sciences
Cooperation with ENCE Academy is an important and significant discovery for us in the development of the esports sector - something we could only dream of when we started developing esports at the University in 2018. Collaboration means, among other things, a meaningful study of content, visitors and events, as well as expanding the possibilities of using GamePit Pro.
Tuomas Rauhalo, Senior Specialist, Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences
We consider the advantage in cooperation with ENCE Academy as an integral part of the development of our institution. As the leading professional player development institution in Finland, we are thrilled to be able to develop our esports businesses together with a professional organization. Our collaboration opens up new career and esports opportunities for our eSports students.
Tony Luhtapuro, representative of the sports and gaming educational institution AhlmanEdun
It is expected that ENCE will use the existing base of Universities to find and develop young Finnish esports talent.
