A.P. Moller – Maersk will continue to be a partner of the BLAST Premier tournament series

Tournament operator BLAST announced the renewal of a partnership agreement with the Danish shipping and logistics company AP Moller - Maersk. As part of the deal, the company will sponsor the entire BLAST Premier competitive season in 2023.

We are very proud to expand our partnership with AP Moller-Maersk after becoming their first global esports partner last year. This highlights the brilliant work we've done together over the past 12 months and our shared commitment to bringing esports closer to those who love it most through integrated digital campaigns and compelling content.

BLAST Premier and AP Moller-Maersk entered into their first joint deal last year, the first of its kind for an esports shipping company. For BLAST Premier, the company becomes the fourth partner to join the 2023 season. The tournament series is currently partnering with CS.MONEY, EPOS and Bayes Esports.

We look forward to our continued engagement with BLAST and the gaming community. The Maersk MVP segment has been incredibly well received and we're excited to celebrate the fantastic talent in the community and share a few more stories that highlight top players.

Samuel Poulter, Head of Corporate Branding and Channel Development at AP Moller - Maersk

As a result of the expansion, the AP Moller-Maersk brand will be featured on the physical and digital platforms of the BLAST Premier Series. In addition, the company will support MVP activation, which will reward the best player of each championship.

It should be noted that last week the tournament operator presented the official calendar of its competitions for 2023, and also provided basic information about the format of the championships. On the eve of BLAST also announced the conclusion of a partnership agreement with the German information company Bayes Esports.
