Complexity Gaming introduced new leaders
North American esports organization Complexity Gaming has announced two new executives as the company seeks to intensify its efforts to expand globally and diversify its fan offering.
As a result, Ollie Emery and Christina Grushkin joined the organization as the new head of marketing (including Gamesquare) and head of sales, respectively. In her new roles, Emery will work to strengthen the collective brand worldwide, while Grushkin will open up new revenue opportunities.
Prior to joining Complexity, Emery served as CEO at Hubrick, where he oversaw the market model that powers the FaZe Clan. He will now use his experience to develop and nurture Complexity's marketing initiatives, as well as to grow the company's fandom around the world.
In her previous roles, Grushkin served as Senior Director of Client Strategy at Twitch and most recently as Vice President of Brand Partnerships at StreamElements. As such, she has a wealth of experience in identifying new business opportunities to diversify an organization's revenue streams.
Emery and Grushkin join the growing Complexity management team, which recently featured three directors for partnerships, creativity and video. Since the acquisition of GameSquare in June 2021, Complexity has expanded its presence in content creation by signing the popular streaming character TimTheTatman.
