North American esports organization Complexity Gaming has announced three new hires.

John Williams and Michael Zervos have joined the organization as the new art directors and video content directors, respectively. Moreover, Bee Yancey was hired as director of partnership agreements.

In her new roles, Yancey will oversee ongoing partnerships as well as lead the formation of new deals. Meanwhile Williams and Zervos will lead the organization's creative endeavors, including content development and digital identity.

Prior to joining Complexity, Williams worked as Creative and Art Director for various esports organizations including Dignitas, Paper Crowns and Luminosity Gaming. According to the press release, Williams will use her expertise to develop the creative direction of Complexity, as well as visually adapt broadcasts, events and merchandise to reflect the company's personality.

Zervos has over a decade of video production experience leading production efforts on projects ranging from films and commercials to multiple series of digital content. He has worked with many famous names and brands including Denzel Washington, State Farm and Eminem.

In her previous roles, Yancey was Director of Accounts Marketing, Vice President of Talent and Consulting at ISB Global and Director of Customer Service at JP Sports and Entertainment. As such, she has a wealth of experience in managing partnerships, program execution, customer interactions and event strategy.
