A few minutes ago, Valve, as part of The International 2019, showed a promotional video about a new character that will appear this fall.
Based on what we saw in the video, the new hero will be able to buff his allies with cookies. The character will have his own hand dragon, which he will ride on. It is worth noting that there will also be an airborne machine gun from which Snapfire can shoot.
