It was the reigning world champion, Team Liquid.
DreamLeague Season 8 will take place in Jonkoping, Sweden. The event has a status of the Major tournament. A prize pool of DreamLeague #8 amounts $1,000,000 and 1,500 DPC Points. The prize for the first place is in the sum of $500,000 and 750 DPC Points.
