Solo with his teammates will perform under a different tag
Previously, Solo and his teammates played under the NoTechies tag, but recently the team decided to change the name under which the players perform. Now esports players will play under a more non-trivial Dota Team tag.
Information about this came from the administrators of EPIC League Season 3, where Dota Team is currently taking part. Today they will fight in their debut match of the group stage of the aforementioned league. The team's opponent will be Team Spirit.
This is not the latest news regarding the team of former Virtus.pro player Alexei 'Solo' Berezin. Rumors have surfaced on the internet that Abdimalik 'Malik' Sailau has left the roster. In the liquipedia database, its slot is already free, and the inscription TBD (To Be Determined) flaunts in the place of the offlaner.
NoTechies were formed earlier this year to participate in the regional qualifying round for the Dota Pro Circuit championship series. Aleksey Berezin and his teammates were able to get to the upper division, but he performed poorly there, and therefore will continue his way in the lower division of the second season of DPC 2021.
EPIC League Season 3 started on March 2 and will end on the 13th. The top eight teams will advance to the top division with a prize pool of $ 85,000. The remaining 8 teams will continue their journey into the lower division, where $ 15,000 will be awarded.
