Six Invitational 2021 postponed indefinitely
Representatives of the cybersport portal, referring to their sources, claim that the Six Invitational 2021 was postponed as originally intended. Everyone knows the reason - the French authorities have decided to close the borders for all people who are not natives of the European Union.
Exactly when the Rainbow Six World Championship will be held is currently unknown. It was originally planned that the competition will be held from 9 to 21 February in the capital of France. On January 31, it became known that the French authorities closed the borders, and most of the e-sportsmen who made their way to the championship are not natives of the European Union countries.
Ubisoft has hosted the Six Invitational since 2017. Spacestation Gaming won the 2020 tournament. There was a total prize pool of $ 3,000,000, a third of which went into the champion's pocket.
