The Dota 2 developers announced that Specter won the state title for Arcana and will receive a new item. In the final, users gave 27,475,258 votes for the winner, while Faceless Void got about 24,948,538. The announcement also states that the developers do not plan to change the color of the character, but the shade may change.
Valve will also release an update next week, which will rework the seasonal MMR reset mechanism, update guild challenges and start a new season in "DotaPlus".
