Dota 2 fans haven’t seen Danil "Dendi" Ishutin on the professional stage in a while, but he’s now making a return to competitive gaming—though not in Dota 2. Instead, he’s stepping into the world of Warcraft III.

After an unsuccessful run in The International 2024 qualifiers, Dendi took a break from competitive Dota 2, though he never completely left the gaming scene. In November 2024, he turned his attention to World of Warcraft Classic, streaming over 300 hours of gameplay. However, as content in WoW ran out, he shifted his focus to Warcraft III.

Since February 23, Dendi has been actively streaming Warcraft III, and his commitment has already yielded results—he has climbed to rank 50 in the current season’s ladder.
