The team from China emerged victorious over the Mongolian team in the finals of the 2022 Asian Games for Dota 2, winning the match with a score of 2:1.

The Malaysian team secured the third-place finish by defeating Kyrgyzstan in the match for the bronze medal.
In total, 14 teams competed in the Dota 2 discipline at the 2022 Asian Games. The competitions took place from September 29th to October 2nd.
