In December, the online player count of Dota 2 ceased its three-month decline
In December 2023, the average online player count in Dota 2 reached 435,000. This marked the first increase in three months, following a slight decline since September. The data was provided by the analytical service Steam Charts.
The peak number of online users exceeded 800,000. Throughout 2023, this occurred only twice: in April and August. The release of the long-awaited gaming event "Frostivus" likely contributed to this surge.
