Team Empire ended cooperation with two players
The Russian esports club Team Empire announced the changes made to the Dota roster. Vladislav 'Antares' Kertman, who played in the fifth position, and hardliner Vladislav 'DkFogas' Frolov lost their places in the team. Both Vladislavs joined Empire on March 6 this year. Over the past two months, they managed to play in two tournaments. In the eighth and ninth seasons of the Dota 2 Champions League, they took 9-12 places.
On the Twitter account and in other mass media, the management thanked the duet of e-sportsmen for the work done. Management did not specify the reason for their departure from the roster, but it would be logical to assume that there is a direct connection with the poor results in past events.
Where the players will continue their career is currently unknown. Vladislav 'DkFogas' Frolov finally left the location of the organization, but Antares remains in the ranks of the Empire, having been transferred to inactive.
There are three esportsmen left in the roster. Zaur 'Cooman' Shakhmurzaev, Amir 'Dodren' Akmollin and Sergey '[T]SA' Timchenko will continue their performances under the Team Empire tag.
Empire will take part in the second division playoffs of the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 Tour 2. They dropped down to the lower division due to their not very good performances in the last DPC 2021/2022 tour. The management should quickly resolve the issue with the players so that the team can play calmly in the upcoming matches.
