COOLGUYS have ceased to exist
Dino 'dnz' Shavuk told on his Twitter that the band in which he performed. decided to stop the joint efforts to climb the Dota 2 esports ladder and disperse to different sides.
Based on the words of dnz, all esportsmen made such a decision together and it suits absolutely everyone and no one was offended.
Dino 'dnz' Shavuk wrote the following:
Haven't been this sad in a long time, but yesterday we decided to disband COOLGUYS. Good luck to the guys in their future careers, and I will continue to work and look for better opportunities. thanks for the support
At the moment, it is not known exactly where the esportsmen will continue their careers. COOLGUYS played in such a roster at DPC West Europe Division 1 and suffered a heavy defeat. They were unable to win a single league win and finished in last place. Through their efforts, the team earned $22,000 and was forced to drop down to the second division of the next round of the current Dota Pro Circuit season. What will happen to the roster slot is currently unknown, but there are several options:
- most of the players still decide to continue playing together in order not to lose their place in the league and keep their place
- the organizers will invite another team to participate in the league
- the tournament operator will arrange a qualifying round, in which he will give not two, but three invitations to the second division
COOLGUYS have not announced whether they are going to finish their way to Dota 2 Champions League 2022 Season 7. Very soon they will have to fight against CIS Rejects.
The COOLGUYS roster looked like this:
- Dimitris 'ThuG' Plivorius
- Tony 'No!ob' Assaf
- Gleb 'funn1k' Lipatnikov
- Lobster 'OmaR' Mughrabi
- Dino 'dnz' Shavuk
