The organizers of New York championship informed that SK Gaming became the fourth team to get a direct invite to the championship. The Brazilian team confirmed their participation in ESL One New York 2017 and joined Natus Vincere, Virtus.pro and FaZe Clan, the team that received the invited previously. Currently, SK Gaming take the first place in the list of the best teams according to HLTV.org. This year, SK have already won cs_summit 2017, Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2017 and ESL Pro League Season 5 North America, and took the second place on ECS Season 3 North America and Subaru Invitational 2017. ESL One New York 2017 will take place in Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY, on September 14 – 17.
