Qualifiers to ESL One New York 2017 were announced

ESL OneESL has published first details of the qualifying round to ESL One New York 2017, which will be hosted on September 14-17.
Barclays Center in Brooklyn will become the venue of the championship. A Half of the list of participants is filled with invited teams.
Two of four slots will be given to invited teams, which have not been announced yet and the rest two slots will be given to teams, which will pass the qualification in Europe and North America.
August 14-15 — The open qualifiersAugust 19-20 — The closed qualifiers
At the moment, the prize pool of ESL One New York 2017 has not been announced yet but probably it will amount more than $200,000. A victory at this tournament will allow a team to earn one score, which will be listed to receive the prize Intel Grand Slam. Let’s remind that ESL has informed about a serious reward: the team, which wins four ESL tournaments, will earn the trophy of Intel Grand Slam and $1,000,000.
