IEM announces first details about Oakland 2016

ESL together with iBUYPOWER host IEM: Oakland 2016 championship. It will be one of the biggest events hosted in the USA. Teams from different regions will join the IEM: Oakland 2016 to compete for the money prizes and acknowledgment.

Natus Vincere are seeded to group A where they will meet G2 eSports, Astralis, Team Liquid. Also, two best teams determined at the iBUYPOWER Masters will join the group.

Meanwhile, SK Gaming will test the strength playing against Ninjas in Pyjamas, Virtus.pro and Mousesports. Group A winner will join them as well as the team taking the second place in group B at iBUYPOWER Masters 2016.

The event promises interesting matches and mind-blowing discoveries. We anticipate Mousesports matches to see how Christian "loWel" Garcia copes with Tomáš "Oskar" Šťastný’s position.

IEM: Oakland 2016 is scheduled on November 19-20 in Oakland, the U.S. Prize pool of the event is $300,000.
