The preliminary three tournaments, which determined the final list of participants, were held last year in Sydney, Madrid and Sao Paulo. In total, 4 teams will compete in the championship. Dignitas Female received a direct invitation, while Carnage Esports Female, Assassins and INTZ Female made their way through LAN events. They will be engaged in the division of a prize fund of $ 50,000. No information is available on how prize money will be distributed.
GIRLGAMER Esports Festival 2019 will be held from February 19 to 22 in Dubai, UAE. The total prize pool will be $ 50,000 and the venue will be the Meydan Grandstand.
