During his time with G2, malbsMd was part of one of the team’s most successful stretches in recent years, helping the squad secure several major titles. Together with the team, he won:

  • BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024
  • BLAST Premier: World Final 2024
  • BLAST Open Fall 2025

In addition, G2 finished as runners-up at Esports World Cup 2024 and PGL Bucharest 2025.

However, the start of 2026 brought less consistent results for the European squad. G2 placed 5th–6th at Intel Extreme Masters Kraków 2026, followed by 9th–11th finishes at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 and ESL Pro League Season 23.

Amid these unstable performances, G2 appear to have decided to make roster adjustments ahead of the summer tournament season and the upcoming Major in Cologne. Another important factor is the approaching roster lock, which begins on April 13, often pushing teams to finalize their lineups.

Over the course of his tenure with G2, malbsMd played 310 maps and recorded an average rating of 1.07, reflecting a consistent but not standout individual performance.

The player also commented on his departure:

“Time to say good bye but things ain’t done yet... see ya on the server and see ya on an announcement later today.”

His move to Liquid, alongside NertZ’s transfer to G2, marks one of the most notable roster swaps ahead of the next stage of the 2026 Counter-Strike season.
