PGL Announces Massive Counter-Strike 2 Tournament Plans for 2027–2028
The well-known esports tournament organizer PGL has revealed an ambitious roadmap for the coming years, confirming a series of major tournaments for Counter-Strike 2 in 2027 and 2028.
The announcement shows that PGL is seriously aiming to become one of the most active and influential tournament operators in the competitive Counter-Strike scene.

- March 19 - March 28 - Tournament #3
- April 16 - April 25 - Tournament #4

The early months of the year already look extremely busy, with four major events scheduled between January and April, potentially creating an intense competitive period for professional CS2 teams.

Early Plans for 2028
PGL has also confirmed the first event for 2028, while additional tournaments are still being finalized.

January 14 - January 24 - Tournament #1 (Schengen Area)
Five more Counter-Strike 2 tournaments are planned for 2028, but their dates and locations have not yet been revealed.
