On the night of September 1st, Valve released a significant update for CS2. Information about it appeared on the official game website.
The map Inferno was added to the map pool. Additionally, there was a transition to the MR12 system (requiring to win up to 13 rounds). Now, on each map, players will have their own separate rank, which applies only to that specific map. The developers also updated the Premier mode and the ranking system (MMR/ELO).
Furthermore, a new wave of invitations was launched.
