Monte moves Fessor to the bench

The Ukrainian esports organization Monte has announced a reshuffle in the starting lineup for the CS:GO discipline. As a result, Fessor was moved to the bench, as the 21-year-old Dane revealed on social media. Now the player will recover from the received diagnosis of "Arthritis", and will also begin the search for a new team. According to rumors, his place in Monte will be taken by sdy, who left the NAVI team at the end of last year.

Good news, yesterday I got the correct diagnosis from the doctor who also changed my medication. He said he hoped I would be back in the game in a maximum of 2 weeks. In recent weeks, I have never had so much pain in my entire life when I went from hospital to hospital...

The sad news is that yesterday I was also benched at Monte, very disappointed because I felt that we had an amazing year and reached the expected goals. We just qualified for the ESL Challenger and I really wanted to play this season. I am grateful for the months we spent together and the memories we made. I wish them only the very best and all the best for next season.

Fessor has been playing for Monte since September last year. In four months, the 21-year-old Dane became the winner of FRAG Season 10, and also got into the top three at ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Autumn 2022 #2, CCT South Europe Series #1, ESEA Season 43: Advanced Division - Europe and Esport Tour 2022: Series #4.

In turn, sdy, who is the main contender for the Dane's place in the starting lineup, recently said goodbye to the NAVI organization. Here, the 25-year-old Ukrainian played for half a year, became the winner of BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR B, and also reached the finals of Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne.

Interestingly, sdy has already made his debut for the team in the recent open qualifiers for the OMEN WGR European Challenge 2023.

The next championship for Monte will be European Pro League Season 5, where the team will play with Viperio. In addition, the team is preparing for the start of ESL Challenger League Season 44: Europe.
