salazar becomes newcomer to ECSTATIC
The Danish esports organization ECSTATIC has completed the CS:GO roster by signing a contract with salazar. The 18-year-old Danish sniper is called in to replace brzer, who left the team last week.
We had several good candidates for the sniper role, but in the end we decided to sign salazar from Atlantic because we think he is the perfect fit for our team. We believe that he can become a great player in the future, so we are of course very happy to have him on the team. We already feel that salazar's motivation is off the charts and he is ready to do his best to become a better player - that's exactly what we need. We can't wait to see it on the server! - Jeppe Taggatz Jensen, ECSTATIC CEO
salazar entered the scene a few years ago playing for obscure local bands such as Harte and Linx Legacy. The 18-year-old Dane spent the last three months with Atlantic, where he became the winner of Road to Astralis Nexus 2, and also got into the TOP-4 at the NPF Invitational 2022. In addition, the esportsman recently took part in MistGames Heroes of Tomorrow Fall 2022, where, together with the team, he took last place.
Recall that recently ECSTATIC announced the parting with brzer. These changes came about due to the team's poor performance at recent events.
Currently, the Danish team is preparing to continue playing at ESL Challenger League Season 43: Europe, where they are waiting for their opponent in the second round of the lower bracket.
