woxic leaves Eternal Fire starting roster
The Turkish eSports organization Eternal Fire has announced changes to the starting lineup for the CS:GO discipline, saying goodbye to woxic. It is reported that the 24-year-old sniper filed a transfer request to the club, where he is one of the co-founders.
Our player woxic told the management of our club that he wants to consider proposals from a future team. We would like to announce that we have allowed him to search for a team so that he can chart his own will and the career he desires. For this reason, woxic was removed from the current roster and transferred to the reserve roster.
woxic is one of the co-founders of Eternal Fire. Having formed a team last summer, the 24-year-old Turkish sniper managed to win ESA Esports Supremes 2021, ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Summer 2021, ESA Esports Supremes Spring 2022, ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 and TWR Eastern European Masters: Fall 2022, and also get into TOP-3 at REPUBLEAGUE Season 2, Pinnacle Cup IV and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022.
However, the second half of the current season turned into a series of failures for the team. Last of all, the team failed at Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR A, where they got only one victory and failed to qualify for the major.
As a result, the Turkish club began the process of restructuring, saying goodbye to MAJ3R and the hardstyle coach. In addition, the team allowed paz to retire from competition and focus on their health.
In the near future, the Turkish team does not have any championships in the schedule, since not so long ago they decided to refuse to participate in the ESL Challenger League Season 43: Europe.
