Daffu puts career on pause for medical reasons

Danish esports organization ECSTATIC has announced the end of the contract with Daffu. The 25-year-old Danish player becomes a free agent but is putting his career on hold for medical reasons.

Daffu has been playing for the Lyngby Vikings/ECSTATIC team since May 2021. Over the next fifteen months, the 25-year-old Dane helped the team win the Pelaajat.com Series: Fall 2021, Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 3, Malta Vibes Knockout Series #3 and Pinnacle Fall Series #3, as well as get into the TOP-3 at the European Development Championship Season 5, Elisa Invitational Fall 2021, Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 4 and Thunderpick Bitcoin Series 2022, among others.

However, back in August, the Danish club started a massive restructuring of the composition, sending most of the players to the inactive. While many of the former members of ECSTATIC managed to find new bands, Daffu remained in the background.

In turn, the organization signed the backbone of MASONIC, with which they managed to achieve incredible achievements, in particular, by playing at Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR A and BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2022.
