yel and NEKIZ leave O PLANO
The Brazilian esports organization O PLANO has announced changes to its CS:GO roster, saying goodbye to yel and NEKIZ. It is reported that the players did not help the team to get to IEM Rio Major 2022, as a result of which changes are overdue.
The O PLANO project had very little time to qualify for IEM Rio Major 2022, and at that moment we found yel and NEKIZ. We have come a long way and are very grateful to them, even without making it to the major. Many thanks to yel and NEKIZ!
It's important to be clear that NEKIZ joined O PLANO on loan from paiN Gaming for the Major, and at yel's request, his contract also lasted until the Major. We appreciate the fans, support and dedication of this duo in their time!
yel and NEKIZ became part of O PLANO in August this year. In two and a half months, they managed to qualify for Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: American RMR, as well as take part in the qualifiers for ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022.
However, at the beginning of the month, the Brazilian team failed at the RMR tournament, where they took 12-14th place and failed to qualify for IEM Rio Major 2022.
While NEKIZ returns to paiN Gaming, yel becomes a free agent and is free to look for a new club. Note that at the same time as these changes, cogu leaves the team. Initially, the 37-year-old Brazilian headed O PLANO, but back in September he left his post and focused his efforts on the work of the streamer.
