Rumors: sausol joins Movistar Riders
According to the fraglider portal, the Spanish eSports organization Movistar Riders is going to make changes to its CS:GO roster. As a result, the club plans to sign sausol, who will reportedly take the place of DeathZz. In particular, the rumors are confirmed by the recent statement by Jovan Mijajlovic, CEO of Partizan Esports, where the player in question is speaking: "We are selling one of our players to a team from the TOP 30."
sausol made people talk about himself last year when, together with MAD Lions, he became the winner of Esport Tour Pro Summer 2021, and also got into the TOP-3 at Domination League Season 2, BLAST Premier: Fall Showdown 2021 and DreamHack Open November 2021.
However, the 22-year-old Spaniard is not having a career this season, as he first tried his hand at Coalesce, and in August became part of Partizan Esports. Here the player performed at several tournaments, but was not marked by achievements.
In turn, DeathZz has been a Movistar Riders player since last August, when the organization signed the core of the Iberian Family. During this time, the 26-year-old Spaniard won ESL Masters España Season 10, ESL Pro League Conference Season 15, RTP Arena Cup 2022 and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Valencia 2022, and also reached the semifinals of Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne and Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022.
However, the Spanish team showed weak results after the resumption of the season in August, thus pushing the management to the next changes. If the transition takes place, it will be the second change in the Movistar Riders roster after the sale of SunPayus to ENCE and the signing of Martinez.
Currently, the team is playing in the main stage of ESL Masters España Season 12, and is also preparing to play at ESL Challenger League Season 43: Europe.
