ENCE Introduces Performance Coach
Finnish esports organization ENCE has unveiled a performance coach. From now on, Xirreth will work with the CS:GO roster, which will provide psychological training and help the team prepare for official matches. She reportedly travels with the starting lineup to all tournaments and some bootcamps.
After considering many options, we chose Ursula because her personality and skills were the best fit for our players. Ursula is an experienced professional and we are sure that she will be a good addition to the team and the psychological support that many professional players need so much.
Xirreth has previously worked with many notable players and organizations including TSM, fnatic and Counter Logic Gaming.
I have always viewed ENCE as a talent factory that works very hard to create strong and resilient players. Supporting them in the coming weeks is very rewarding, especially knowing how the current roster is looking to grow. I will focus my work on strengthening team communication and creating a cohesive team atmosphere so that this new roster can focus on knowing their strengths and sharing them when it counts.
The next championship for ENCE will be Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR B, which starts tomorrow, October 7th. Here the team will fight for one of the eight free trips to the Brazilian Major.
Current ENCE CS:GO roster:

- Xirreth (performance coach)
