El1an reveals why he left Entropiq
El1an, a former Entropiq sniper, explained his reasons for leaving the team. According to the 23-year-old esportsman, the decision to leave the team was caused by the loss of game form against the backdrop of lack of self-confidence. The player announced this on his personal page.
I want to say thank you to all the guys I played with, we've been through a lot and we have a lot to remember. There is no surprise here. Perhaps it should have been done earlier. Even before Melbourne, right after the RMR qualifiers, I wrote to my teammates that I would leave after ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022. Therefore, everyone understood everything perfectly, it was only necessary to wait for the announcement.
What are the reasons for my decline? Yes, banal uncertainty, for the last six months or a year, it’s as if I didn’t play at all. I didn’t recognize myself, thoughts interfered, because of this I made weak decisions in the game, and therefore everything only twisted more strongly. I think everyone will benefit from my departure, maybe the guys will upgrade and start playing better with freshness. I hug them and hope everything goes well for them.
At the end, El1an added that he intends to take a short break until the end of the major in order to gain strength and regain confidence in his own abilities. The sniper also intends to maintain individual form and take part in championships in various mixes.
El1an has been Entropiq's sniper for a year and a half, exactly since the organization signed the EPG Family roster. Together with the team, the 23-year-old sniper became the winner of Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 2, European Development Championship Season 4 and Pinnacle Fall Series #2, and also got into the TOP-3 at the end of Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: CIS, V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2021, ESEA Season 39: Premier Division - Europe and Funspark ULTI 2021.
The team's new sniper is SENSEi, with whom Entropiq will perform at the upcoming closed qualifiers for ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022.
