Entropiq intends to stop El1an services
According to an OverDrive insider, the Czech esports organization Entropiq plans to cheer up its CS:GO roster by refusing El1an's services. The 23-year-old Russian sniper himself has been on the team since its inception. The parties did not comment on the information that appeared.
El1an became part of Entropiq in May last year, when the Czech club picked up a promising EPG Family lineup from the sidelines, formed after the departure of players from the Winstrike Team organization. Together with the team, the 23-year-old sniper quickly established himself, having managed to appear on the TIER-1 scene.
As a result, the player helped the team win at Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 2, European Development Championship Season 4, Malta Vibes Knockout Series #1 and Pinnacle Fall Series #2, as well as reach the final at V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2021 and Funspark ULTI 2021.
However, the peak for Entropiq with El1an was last year's PGL Major Stockholm 2021, in which the team almost made it to the playoffs, finishing 9th-11th.
However, this season the team is not doing well, which is noticeable to every detached fan. First, the leadership of the Czech club made changes in the composition, inviting mir to replace Lack1. However, all attempts to become stronger led to the fact that Entropiq failed in the qualifiers and did not get to IEM Road to Rio 2022.
As for El1an himself, the 23-year-old sniper showed signs of clear regression, having noticeably slowed down in his performance in just a mere six months. Probably, it was this factor that became the predetermining factor in the desire of the organization to find a new sniper.
Currently, the Entropiq team is preparing for the start of the group stage of ESL Challenger League Season 42: Europe, as well as participation in the closed qualifiers for ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022.
