f0rest becomes a free agent

Swedish player f0rest has been released from his contract with Dignitas and has become a free agent. The 34-year-old cybersportsman announced this on his social networks.

f0rest made a name for himself over a decade ago when he won multiple TIER-1 tournaments in CS 1.6 with Fnatic. With a move to CS:GO, the 34-year-old Swedish player has continued to rock the competitive scene by becoming the champion of a number of big events:

However, at the beginning of 2020, the veteran made the decision to move to Dignitas to revive the once-legendary Ninjas in Pajamas lineup. However, f0rest did not have a professional career here, because over the next two and a half seasons, the 24-year-old Swede won Elisa Invitational Spring 2020 and BLAST Nordic Masters: Spring 2021, and also did not qualify for any major.

As a result, f0rest was left without a team back in the spring, as the Dignitas organization decided to leave the discipline. During this time, the player managed to play for fnatic in the Pinnacle Cup Championship 2022.

Interestingly, on the eve of GeT_RiGhT, f0rest and friberg decided to team up again to take part in the open qualifiers for IEM Road to Rio 2022 for Europe. However, the team lost their match with AVANGAR (15:19) at one of the early stages, leaving the qualifiers.
