Natus Vincere opened admission to the academy

Natus Vincere posted an announcement on their website about the start of recruiting players for the academic roster. Recall that Valeriy 'B1T' Vakhovsky made it to the starting lineup through a previously organized camp called NaVi Esports Camp. The latter almost earned $1,000,000 in prize money during the year of his career in the starting lineup of Natus Vincere. Recall that he came there as a “temporary replacement” for Egor 'flamie' Vasilyev for one tournament and remained as a main player.

As the main criteria for selection, Natus Vincere put forward to their applicants a minimum threshold of 3,000 ELO on FACEIT and an age ranging from 13 to 16 years. They ask to record a video for 30-60 seconds with an explanation of why the candidate should become a new NaVi player and send a questionnaire. In the latter, you need to attach 3 demos in which the applicant excelled, as well as show YouTube or Twitch channels.

According to Natus Vincere, the best of the best will be given the opportunity to try their hand at NAVI Youth, and the most talented will be taken to NaVi Junior. They also said that if an applicant is not accepted the first time, then he can improve his playing form and try again.

Now the Ukrainian organization has four CS:GO rosters: Natus Vincere, NAVI Junior, NAVI Youth and NAVI Javelins. The latter, by the way, is made up of eSports girls. On June 19, the starting roster of Natus Vincere won the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 with a prize pool of $425,000 and earned the main reward of $200,000. It is noteworthy that the team took part in the tournament for the first time since the change in its composition and changes in key positions. Electronic, having tried himself as a captain for the first time, led the team to success, and the replacement in the person of Viktor 'sdy' Orudzhev showed that the inactive MAD Lions player is worth seriously considering his candidacy by NaVi management.
