Natus Vincere posted an announcement on their website about the start of recruiting players for the academic roster. They ask to record a video for 30-60 seconds with an explanation of why the candidate should become a new NaVi player and send a questionnaire. In the latter, you need to attach 3 demos in which the applicant excelled, as well as show YouTube or Twitch channels.

According to Natus Vincere, the best of the best will be given the opportunity to try their hand at NAVI Youth, and the most talented will be taken to NaVi Junior. They also said that if an applicant is not accepted the first time, then he can improve his playing form and try again.
