Official: NEOFRAG and F1KU join OG roster

The European esports organization OG has completed the CS:GO roster by signing NEOFRAG and F1KU. The debut of newcomers will take place today, May 27, as part of an exhibition match in Lisbon against MIBR.

Today we start a new chapter in the history of the OG CS:GO roster that focuses on promise, passion and youth. We understand that replacing players like niko and valde requires not only talent, but commitment as an organization, and time to grow. When the opportunity presented itself, we immediately turned our attention to NEOFRAG and F1KU in order to fully immerse ourselves in such a project.

With an experienced coaching staff and a solid base, we are extremely confident in our ability to take these two new young players to the next level. The goal is clear: to put in the effort and work tirelessly to get to Brazil (not go on holiday).

NEOFRAG has spent the last two years with SINNERS. Together with the team, the 21-year-old Czech esportsman became the winner of ESEA Season 37: Premier Division - Europe, V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2021: International Cup and Sazka eLEAGUE Fall 2021, and also reached the finals of Malta Vibes Knockout Series #2 and Tipsport Cup Bratislava 2022.

I am very excited as today marks a new day for OG on CS:GO as we welcome NEOFRAG and F1KU into our ranks.

They are young, motivated and eager to prove themselves in the TIER-1 scene, as well as they themselves clearly corresponded to what we have been looking for since we began the process of rebuilding the roster. With their raw talent and consistency, they already showed last year at SINNERS and AGO that they have the skill set to help our team reach new heights.

ruggah, OG head coach

F1KU, despite his young age, played for the AGO main team for almost three years. Together with the Polish team, the 18-year-old esportsman managed to win OGA Counter PIT Season 5, ESEA Season 33: Premier Division - Europe Finals and ESEA Season 38: Premier Division - Europe, and also took part in ESL Pro League Season 15.

The next full-fledged championship for OG will be BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022, which will also be held in Lisbon from June 15 to 19.

From now on, theOG CS:GO roster looks like this:

  • mantuu.
  • flameZ.
  • nexa.
  • NEOFRAG.
  • F1KU.
  • ruggah (coach).
