My goal with this academic project is to create a healthy practice environment in the hope that I will compete with other organizations and teams from ESEA Open, ESEA Intermediate and ESEA Main. I think the ability to stick together as a team and create a sense of stability will be the key to moving North American CS in a positive direction. Koi in Davenport is a great example, fielding 3 teams with players of all skill levels. I heard that many of the plans he plans to start in the fall of 2022 will have a positive effect on the scene.

I hope that with the idea of sticking together for a long-term project, I will achieve my goal of establishing good habits with all the players I take with me on this journey, and leave my own little mark on a piece of American CS:GO history.

The main roster of Eros Esports is known for its performances in ESEA and other leagues and tournaments of the American CS:GO division. Eros played at ESEA Season 39 Premier North America, placed 9th-10th and earned an invite to the ESL Challenger League Season 40, and after that they went down to Relegation ESEA Season 41.
