RpK opened his auto repair shop
Fans of the French esportsman Cedric 'RpK' Goipue, who are familiar with the hobbies of the ex- CS:GO player, know that RpK is crazy about cars. Now he was able to fulfill his old dream and opened his own auto repair shop called RPK Motorsport.
Cedric started his career as a professional Counter-Strike player back in 2006 on CS: Source. In 2013, he took a short break and in 2014 he returned to the active. He achieved good success with G2 Esports, but he reached the highest heights with Team Vitality. Together with G2, he was able to win the Esports Championship Series Season 1 Finals, where the main cash reward in 2016 was $250,000, and the prize pool of the tournament was one of the largest in CS:GO history. Together with Vitality, he managed to win the seventh season of the same Esports Championship Series Season 7 Finals, where the team earned $225,000, and also took the championship in EPICENTER 2019 and BLAST Premier Fall 2020. The victory in EPICENTER 2019 provided the French with a reward of $250,000, and the triumph at BLAST Premier Fall 2020 — $225,000.
In 2021, after leaving Team Vitality, Cedric announced the end of his career as a professional CS:GO player. He promised to tell later what he would do in life. The Frenchman has earned more than $570,000 during his career.
