chrisJ leaves MOUZ
European esports organization Mouz has announced their separation from chrisJ. The contract of the 31-year-old Dutch esportsman with the club has come to an end. Recall that the player has played for the team over the past eight years.
chrisJ is rightfully considered the symbol and personification of MOUZ. Joining the organization in October 2013, the Dutchman has firmly established himself in the team, being both the captain and the second sniper. Over the eight years of his career at MOUZ, the player has helped the team win numerous trophies, including ESG Tour Mykonos 2017, StarLadder & i-League StarSeries Season 4, V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2018, ESL One: New York 2018, CS: GO Asia Championships 2019, ESL Pro League Season 10 - Finals, cs_summit 5 and ICE Challenge 2020.
However, early last year, the 31-year-old esportsman was deactivated, after which chrisJ joined FunPlus Phoenix. In two months, an experienced player helped the team win Snow Sweet Snow # 1 and finish second at DreamHack Open January 2021: Europe.
Note that chrisJ returned to the MOUZ starting lineup at the end of last season, when he replaced Bymas at DreamHack Open November 2021. According to rumors, the 31-year-old esportsman may reunite with suNny and oskar, who intend to assemble a new GORILLAZ lineup.
Currently, MOUZ's roster is as follows:
- frozen.
- Bymas.
- dexter.
- torzsi.
