XTQZZZ leaves Vitality
French esports organization Vitality announced the first changes in its CS: GO roster, having parted ways with coach XTQZZZ. The 32-year-old French specialist has led the team for the past three years.
XTQZZZ was one of those who opened the way for Vitality in CS: GO. Leading the team at the end of 2018, the specialist helped Vitality rise to the top of the global stage. Under his leadership, the French team became the winner of WePlay! Lock and Load, Charleroi Esports 2019, cs_summit 4, Esports Championship Series Season 7 - Finals, EPICENTER 2019, Intel Extreme Masters XV - Beijing Online: Europe, BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 and Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Winter.
In addition, the work of the French specialist helped the team advance to the playoffs of StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
However, long before the end of the season, it became known that XTQZZZ would leave the team, while zonic would take his place, awaiting the end of his contract with Astralis. The 32-year-old French specialist is rumored to be heading G2 Esports, which needs a coach following maLeK's departure in mid-November.
At the same time, Vitality's roster will face other changes, as shox and Kyojin must leave the team.
The current roster of Vitality is as follows:
- apEX.
- ZywOo.
- shox.
- misutaaa.
