Rumor: Astralis plans to sell Bubzkji
Danish esports organization Astralis plans to sell Bubzkji, as evidenced by Christian Sloth's report to Jaxon.gg. The 23-year-old Dane's time on the lineup seems to be coming to an end. According to the report, Bubzkji's services have already been offered to several unnamed organizations.
It already seemed obvious that Bubzkji's days in the team were numbered, firstly, due to rumors in September that k0nfig was close to moving to Astralis. In addition, the team decided to compete at PGL Major Stockholm 2021 without the 23-year-old player, although he played for Astralis during the RMR cycle, closing the holes in the roster.
Shortly after this announcement, Xyp9x signed a new long-term contract with the organization, which seemed to be the final confirmation that the team wants to move on without Bubzkji.
The 23-year-old Dane joined Astralis in 2020 from MAD Lions. Initially, Bubzkji served as a substitute, but over time he became the main player, often replacing Xyp9x or gla1ve on the server. During the time spent in the team's camp, the Dane won DreamHack Masters Winter 2020: Europe, and also helped to get into the top four at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Cologne.
The possible lineup for Astralis is as follows:
- Gla1ve.
- Dupreeh.
- Magisk.
- Xyp9x.
- Lucky.
- Zonic (trainer).
- Bubzkji (transfer sheet).
